With customers on six continents and a growing global reputation, we are currently seeking a Sales Manager to further cover our business needs;

We are looking for a responsible manager with great organizational skills, capable of handling high-level stress, faced paced solution maker with an outstanding personality and character that wants to grow with us and take over our divisions still being in their teenager shoes to grow to one of the strongest and most reliable sales teams worldwide. Below please find further information how to join our team:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to drive new business growth across SME clients, as well as government agencies
  • Oversee the tendering process
  • Mentor and develop international sales, marketing and business development teams which will include recruiting, coaching, forecasting and monitoring sales activity
  • Drive sales methodology that ensures best practice and revenue objectives are being achieved
  • Drive a high-performing, can-do attitude culture that delivers customer-focused values and behaviors
  • Hands-on management of key strategic accounts
  • Monitor, record, analyze, report on sales activates and results
  • New client outreach, business development, lead generation,

maintaining client relations, selling localization solutions and

other services to IT, Economy, Political and Business sectors especially to Global Players as well as Medium and Small Sized Companies.

  • Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of our solutions and products
  • Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities
  • Develop new client relationships via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows
  • In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities
  • Promote and educate clients regarding our services
  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Team
  • Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures
  • Take an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales goals
  • Proven track record of successfully selling services to leading
  • Proven prospecting success and ability to manage client expectations
  • Fluent in French and English - Another language is an advantage.
